man, the NFL coaching carousel is wild right now , like nine head coaching jobs open and two legends like Harbaugh and Tomlin are outta there . it's crazy how much scrutiny coaches get for their win-loss record, I mean, Rodgers just said that stability shouldn't be an issue . i feel like teams should be willing to ride out a coach's struggles instead of making drastic changes, but hey, ownership is all about trying to stay competitive .

anyway, with Harbaugh and Tomlin gone, you're gonna see some new names popping up in the offseason, and it'll be interesting to see how they pan out . one thing for sure, though, coaches are under a ton of pressure these days, and that's only going to make things more intense .

the nfl coaching carousel is getting outta hand lol 18 seasons in and harbaugh is done? and tomlin's been there 19 years and he's out too? it just seems like owners are afraid to stick with anyone for fear of losing a game or two and then they're left searching for someone new who can magically turn their team around. newsflash: no one knows what the heck they're doing anymore

I don't get why owners are so quick to sack their head coaches . I mean, we've got Tomlin and Harbaugh, two of the most successful coaches in the league, and they're out? It's crazy! Rodgers is right, shouldn't long-tenured coaches be revered not feared? I think it's all because of social media, fans can get upset so easily. And now teams are just going through head coach roulette, hoping to find someone who'll bring them a championship . It's like they're more worried about being relevant than actually building something sustainable.
