I mean, think about it... we've been told to be more productive, do more stuff, and not rest enough. But what if our brains are actually just wired to focus? I mean, we're constantly switching between tasks anyway, so why stress about multitasking?
And silence is like the ultimate productivity hack, right? Our minds can just chill and reflect. I've started taking more breaks outside and it's been amazing how clear my head gets. But what really got me was listening to music... I used to think it would be a great way to focus, but nope, folk music is way too distracting for that!
Now I listen to electronic beats when I need to concentrate. Silencing our external stimuli can actually help us think better. Who knew?
