Omg, what's going on with the Sharks' defense? They're like, totally scrambling! 
I feel bad for Leddy, dude's been playing inconsistently all season and now they're sending him to waivers. You'd think they'd want a healthy veteran like him, but I guess it's all about making room for those injured players. 
I'm kinda rooting for Desharnais and Mukhamadullin to come back soon, though! They're gonna need some serious support on the blue line. The Panthers game could be a great test for them, so fingers crossed they can bring their A-game.

The Sharks need some much-needed depth on defense, but now Pavol Regenda might be out of the picture too? 7 goals in 10 games is no joke, you know. Desharnais and Mukhamadullin are gonna bring some stability back to that D, hope they can stay healthy this time around 
. It's also kinda weird how teams are so attached to these contracts... 16 million for one year? That's just a big scratch on the roster

. they're both overdue for a return from injury and this move gives 'em a shot at more ice time. it's all about depth now, especially with pavel regenda bringin' some offense to the table

they've been playing with such a thin crew lately and i think adding Desharnais and Mukhamadullin back to the lineup is gonna make all the difference. Leddy's play has been meh at best, you know? 
he's a great player but his injury and scratches have made it hard for him to get in a rhythm. 
i'm curious to see how Desharnais fits into the lineups now that he's healthy again - can't wait to watch him go up against the Panthers!
