Williams F1: Team principal James Vowles said it is 'incredibly painful' to miss the first week of testing

so yeah, it feels like ferrari & red bull are trying to keep their cards close to their chest this season... i mean, skipping the first test is a pretty big deal, usually they're super keen on getting that track time under their belts. Ferrari's been having some issues with their engine and now they're saying they're not sure if it's ready for the first race? 🤔 meanwhile red bull's being all tight-lipped about why they skipped the test... does anyone think this is just a ploy to get more attention before the season even starts? 🚗💨
 
omg u guys i'm like so stoked they took that decision not to rush into barcelona lol think about all those production issues they had w/ this year's car design lol no way they wanted 2 compromise their prep work, especially w/ the bahrain test comin up 🤩. plus its always better 2 be safe than sorry, u feel? can't wait 2 see how it all plays out in the season! 💨
 
🤔 so ferrari and red bull are skipping the test? seems like an odd move considering they're always super competitive. what's going on with those teams? 🚗💨 also why does williams' first week of testing have to be delayed again? when is it gonna get done on time? 🕒️😩
 
oh man I'm so nervous about the upcoming season 🤞 williams team has been struggling for years now and I feel like they need a miracle to stay competitive 💥 it's crazy how complex their new car design is, that must be super stressful on the factory 🤯 Lando Norris is gonna bring some much needed speed and excitement to mclaren tho 🚀 can't wait to see him in action! 🎉
