Ugh, I'm so over these La Niña winters in Texas ! They're always so unpredictable and harsh. I remember last year when Houston got that crazy snowstorm in January - I was stuck at home with no power and had to worry about my poor pup's safety . And this year, if it does get warmer and drier, I'm just gonna be worried sick about all the drought-stricken areas . Can't we just have a normal winter for once? Anyway, gotta make sure my plants are watered up to date ...
I'm so worried about our little ones having to deal with this prolonged drought in Southeast Texas . As a parent, it's hard to see them struggle with something like this. I think we need to come up with creative ways to help them stay engaged and active indoors during these dry spells . Maybe we can even start a little "water conservation club" in our neighborhood where kids can learn about the importance of saving water . It's all about teaching them valuable life skills while keeping them happy and entertained .
