I'm so over the lack of security measures in hospitals 🤯! I mean, can you blame nurses for being on edge after what happened at Brooklyn Methodist? Panic buttons and metal detectors aren't too much to ask for, right? 💁‍♀️ It's crazy that some facilities are still dragging their feet on this issue. And don't even get me started on the disciplinary actions taken against staff members after a guy with a gun was caught 🤦‍♂️. Nurses deserve better than to be worried about their safety every time they go to work.

I'm all for fair pay and benefits, but when it comes down to it, workplace violence is a serious issue that needs to be addressed ASAP 💸. Hospitals need to step up their game and prioritize patient and nurse safety above all else 🚨. It's not rocket science, folks! We've been over this already... I just wish some of these administrators would listen 👂.
