The WSL is facing a real challenge here, folks! I mean, after that incredible win by England's Lionesses, you'd think women's football would be all the rage, but it just doesn't seem to be translating into huge audiences for the league itself. And let's be real, who wants to watch a noon kick-off? It's like they're trying to put people right to sleep!

The scheduling is all wrong, in my opinion. They should stick with Sunday afternoons when people are more likely to be free and watching live sports.
And what's with the BBC just taking 21 of those live matches? Don't get me wrong, I love the BBC, but that's just a bunch of games being watered down for their audience. Where's the rest of the action going? Sky's got some serious questions to answer here too. They're not doing enough to support the league and they're paying these massive sums of money to broadcast games without getting huge audiences.
I think the WSL needs to shake things up, get some fresh eyes on it, you know? Get some younger talent behind the scenes who actually understand what's going on in the world of sports right now. Because right now, it feels like they're just playing catch-up with everything else.

It's a tough spot for them, but if they don't make a change soon, I'm not sure how much longer this league is gonna be around.
