Epstein's inner circle Les Wexner, Darren Indyke and Richard Kahn subpoenaed to testify before House Oversight Committee

Key Associates of Convicted Sex Offender Jeffrey Epstein to Testify Before House Oversight Committee

A House Oversight Committee has issued formal subpoenas for three associates of convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, including billionaire businessman Les Wexner, lawyer Darren Indyke, and accountant Richard Kahn. The committee's move comes as part of an ongoing investigation into Epstein's inner circle and their alleged roles in facilitating his sex trafficking network.

The trio were identified as critical to the investigation by Epstein survivors, who claimed that they had knowledge of Epstein's abuse and facilitated his actions. Documents released in earlier lawsuits and among the recent US Department of Justice trove show a complex relationship between Epstein and Indyke, Kahn, and Wexner.

Indyke, Epstein's lawyer, worked closely with the financier from 1986 until his death in prison in 2019. He helped establish Epstein's corporate and personal base of operations in the US Virgin Islands and was involved in almost every aspect of Epstein's business and personal affairs. Kahn managed Epstein's finances and investments, while also overseeing renovations on his private island.

The two men recently settled a lawsuit alleging they facilitated Epstein's trafficking network by arranging sham marriages between women he was abusing for immigration purposes. Wexner, who founded The Limited clothing company, worked with Epstein from the mid-1980s as his financial manager, but parted ways after Epstein's 2006 arrest.

According to attorney Brad Edwards, who has represented many of Epstein's victims, the trio - including Indyke and Kahn as executors of Epstein's will - are crucial witnesses in the investigation. "Epstein is dead," Edwards said. "If anyone has questions they would ask of Epstein on any topic, those questions should either be directed to Darren, Rich or Leslie [Wexner]."

The House Oversight Committee has issued several subpoenas since last August, including former President Bill Clinton and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, who refused to appear before the panel. Ghislane Maxwell, Epstein's former girlfriend serving a 20-year prison sentence for sex trafficking, is scheduled to testify on February 9.

Wexner, Kahn, and Indyke are set to testify in person on February 18, February 25, and March 5, 2026 respectively. Their testimony is expected to shed new light on Epstein's inner circle and their alleged roles in facilitating his sex trafficking network.

I remember back in the day when Bill Clinton was still a state senator, people were already talking about his connections with this guy Epstein πŸ€‘. And now it's like the whole house is all over it, issuing subpoenas to these other guys Wexner and Indyke... It just goes to show how deep the rabbit hole is, you know? πŸ’” I mean, I'm not saying they did anything wrong, but come on, 20 years for Maxwell and now these three are going in too? πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ It's like the more we learn, the less we understand. The thing that always gets me is how Epstein was able to fly under the radar for so long... I mean, what did he do that was so special? πŸ’β€β™€οΈ

can you imagine having to live with the knowledge that u r profiting from some1 elses trauma? 🀯 les wexner and co are gonna spill all the tea in Feb, might be a good opportunity for us to learn more about epstein's empire and how his associates enabled his heinous crimes πŸ’Έ

πŸ€” I dont think its right that these ppl are only testifying now bc hes dead ... Wexner & Indyke were prob involved way before 2019 & theres still so many unanswered q's about what went down @ Epstein's island 🏝️ Kahn's financial expertise was pretty key to the whole thing too

I'm so done with these rich people and their shady connections πŸ™„. It's like they thought they were above the law just because of their bank accounts πŸ’Έ. I mean, Les Wexner, billionaire businessman? More like Les Wexner, former friend of a convicted sex offender πŸ˜’. And Darren Indyke, lawyer? Please, he was Epstein's right-hand man πŸ€¦β€β™‚οΈ. The fact that they're only now testifying after all these years just reeks of them trying to cover their tracks 🚫.

And don't even get me started on the whole sham marriage thing 😳. I mean, who arranges fake marriages for women just so they can get a green card? It's disgusting πŸ’”. The House Oversight Committee is finally holding them accountable, though πŸ‘. We need to know what really went down at Epstein's inner circle and how many people were involved in his twisted game 🀯.

It's gonna be interesting to see what Wexner, Indyke, and Kahn have to say on February 18th, 25th, and March 5th respectively πŸ’¬. I'm sure they'll come up with some creative excuses for why they didn't know more about Epstein's abuse πŸ™„. Let's hope the truth comes out and these powerful people are held accountable for their actions πŸ’ͺ

πŸ€” I'm so curious about this development! Like, how could anyone not know what was going on with Jeffrey Epstein? πŸ™…β€β™‚οΈ It's crazy that these associates of his are finally being forced to testify. And the fact that they settled a lawsuit like sham marriages for immigration purposes is wild... what's the deal with that? πŸ˜’ Anyway, I'm rooting for the survivors who came forward and reported their abuse. πŸ’ͺ Let's hope this investigation brings some real change πŸ•ŠοΈ

I'm kinda surprised the gov is letting these three fly under the radar for so long πŸ€”. I mean, they're basically enabling Epstein's crimes by being involved in his business dealings. It's like, you know when someone's partner in crime is a major player? That's not exactly what you'd call "good witnesses". But hey, maybe they'll spill some tea and expose the extent of their involvement. Wexner's gonna be interesting to watch - he's got a lot of skin in this game πŸ’Έ

πŸ€” I mean, think about it... these three associates, they're like the puzzle pieces that can finally start to reveal the truth behind Epstein's empire. It's like, we're not just talking about a guy who abused some women, but a whole system of power and privilege that enabled him to do what he did.

And then you have Wexner, who's like this billionaire with ties to one of the most powerful men in the world, but also someone who's supposed to be like, a moral compass or something. πŸ€‘ But is it really possible for someone to be that detached from reality? Or are they just playing a role?

And Indyke and Kahn, they're like the ultimate enablers, right? They're not just lawyers and accountants, but also facilitators of Epstein's abuse. It's like, how can you justify helping someone who's hurting so many people?

But what I'm trying to say is... this whole thing is like a microcosm of our society. We have these powerful men who are supposed to be in charge, but really they're just enabling each other's bad behavior. And it's not just about Epstein or his associates, it's about us as a society and how we allow this kind of abuse to happen. πŸ€•

πŸ€” so these 3 guys are finally getting called out for their roles in epstein's sex trafficking ring? it's about time they spoke up, especially les wexner, who was basically financial manager to epstein's empire πŸ’Έ and didn't even bat an eye when epstein got arrested in 2006 πŸ™…β€β™‚οΈ what really gets me is that ghislane maxwell, his former girlfriend, has already testified and now these 3 are getting their chance. did we miss something? how much do these guys stand to lose by cooperating with the investigation? btw, where are the sources on this?

come on guys, it's about time they're holding these people accountable πŸ™„. like, what kinda connection do you need between you and a convicted sex offender to be friends? les wexner is a billionaire, for crying out loud! how did he end up getting dragged into this mess? i'm curious to see him spill the tea on ghislane maxwell's involvement in all this πŸ’β€β™€οΈ.

I think it's crazy that they're forcing these people to spill the beans like this πŸ˜’. I mean, what if they really didn't know anything? Or worse, what if they got bullied into testifying against each other? It's all just a big mess. And why are we even bothering with subpoenas and all that jazz? Can't we just leave them alone? The rich guys have connections, you know? They'll talk, but only when it's convenient for them πŸ’Έ.

πŸ€” so they're saying these three rich people were super close with Epstein and helped him do bad stuff? πŸ€‘ like how much did Indyke get paid to cover up Epstein's crimes, $1m? πŸ’Έ and Wexner's all but accused of being a mastermind behind the whole operation, but he just kinda stepped away when things got hot πŸ”₯. I need more info on these settlements and sham marriages - are they legit or just some weak excuses for what really went down? πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ

πŸ€” they're finally gonna spill the tea on these dudes who enabled epstein's whole operation... i mean, it's about time someone held them accountable πŸ’β€β™€οΈ les wexner's got some 'splainin' to do, and so do darren indyke and rich kahn... their connections to epstein are pretty shady 🀐 but at least ghislane maxwell is testifying, that's a start πŸ’ͺ

oh man, this is getting ugly 😩 so these rich ppl associated with epstein are finally gonna spill the tea... les wexner, darren indyke, and rich kahn are being forced to testify before a committee and let's be real, they're probably just gonna deny everything or try to spin it πŸ™„ but i hope some truth comes out and these ppl get held accountable for their role in epstein's sick game 🀯 ghislane maxwell is already serving time, now we gotta see if these others follow suit ⏰

Ugh I'm so worried about these three guys πŸ€• they've been in the spotlight for far too long and now they're getting grilled by Congress. I feel bad for them, but at the same time, they need to be held accountable for their alleged roles in Epstein's crimes. Wexner's connection to Epstein is pretty shady, especially considering he was like a business partner or something πŸ€‘ Indyke and Kahn seem even more guilty, especially since they were involved in planning sham marriages for the women Epstein was abusing 🀯 I hope they're telling the truth and not trying to spin this whole thing. The fact that Ghislaine Maxwell is testifying first makes sense, but it's still gonna be super uncomfortable to watch these three guys get questioned like this...

🀯 I'm so done with these super rich people thinking they're above the law! 😑 They had a hand in enabling Jeffrey Epstein's heinous crimes, and now it's time for them to face the music. πŸ’ƒ I mean, come on, Les Wexner was basically a business partner with Epstein - how could you not know about the abuse going on?! πŸ€” It's like they were all in on some twisted secret club together... 😳

And don't even get me started on Darren Indyke and Richard Kahn. They're not just witnesses, they're complicit in covering up Epstein's crimes. πŸ’β€β™€οΈ They knew what was going on, but chose to look the other way for their own gain. It's disgusting! 🚽 The fact that they settled a lawsuit over sham marriages for immigration purposes is just icing on the cake... πŸ˜‚

We need more accountability and transparency in these wealthy circles. πŸ’Έ They think they can buy their way out of trouble, but we're not having it! πŸ‘Š The House Oversight Committee is finally taking action, and I'm excited to see Wexner, Indyke, and Kahn testify and spill the tea on Epstein's inner circle. 🍡 Can't wait to hear all the juicy details... πŸ’β€β™€οΈ

I'm like super concerned about these people testifying πŸ€”πŸ’Ό especially Wexner cuz he was so close to Epstein I mean we gotta know what really went down with him & how many ppl were involved in covering it up πŸ’β€β™€οΈπŸš« But at the same time, I hope they're able to tell their side of the story too & get some answers for all the survivors out there πŸ’•πŸŒˆ
