anyway, gotta respect peter farrelly bringing this story to life - he's shown his range with films like 'There's Something About Mary' and 'Dumb & Dumber'. still not sure about anthony ippolito playing young stallone tho... seems like a bit of an unknown, hoping the film doesn't feel too rushed? 
we're gonna make some italian food too because of the connection to rocky's origins and it just feels like the perfect way to celebrate thanksgiving with the fam 
. It's gonna be super convenient for people to watch it after watching Rocky, and I'm curious if that'll make a difference in how well-received 'I Play Rocky' is. 
Also, I wonder how much creative liberties they're taking with Sylvester Stallone's story... will it be an entirely accurate retelling?

. But what's up with the release date? Thanksgiving weekend is chaos for parents anyway, do we really need another reason to stress about getting everyone fed and home on time

It's like, the OG Rocky is celebrating its 50th anniversary and now we get to see a whole new story about Sly Stallone's journey? 
I mean, I'm all for celebrating underdog stories, but does this have to come out around Thanksgiving?!
