omg I cant believe they released him already! 😱 i mean he had some awesome seasons in the DSL but then things took a turn and he struggled in the big leagues 🤔. its def not easy being a prospect, you gotta stay on top of your game or risk getting benched or worse. idk what went wrong with maxwel but maybe he needs a fresh start somewhere else 💪. i love how the phillies are still invested in their farm system tho, they need to nurture these young talent 😊. only time will tell if maxwel can bounce back and become a star player 🤞.
 
idk what's going on here... 22 years old and they already cut him loose? that's crazy! i mean, i get it, development is hard and all that, but 4.95 era in 2023? he should at least get some more time to prove himself. did they even have a chance to work with him on his mechanics or was it just a "he's not good enough" decision? need some proof before i start doubting the guy 🤔

man this is sad for maxwel hernandez 😔 he had so much promise 🌟 coming out of the domincan summer league was fire 🔥 but it looks like he just couldn't find his groove in the big leagues 💔 hopefully he'll bounce back and show them what he's got again 🤞 these kids go through so much with the development process it's crazy how quickly things can turn around ⏰ sometimes you gotta feel for 'em a bit 🤗
 
this is super sad 🤕... i mean, maxwel hernandez was like this talented kid who came up through the ranks and had everyone hyped about him in 2022. it's crazy that even with all that promise, he just couldn't find his footing at the big league level. i feel bad for the guy, because it's clear he had a lot of potential... maybe he'll get picked up by another team and turn things around? 🤞 only time will tell

I GET IT, DEVELOPMENT TAKES TIME, BUT IT LOOKS LIKE THE PHILLIES JUST GAVE UP ON HIM TOO QUICKLY 🤦‍♂️. HE COULD STILL TURN HIS CAREER AROUND, BUT RIGHT NOW IT LOOKS LIKE HE'S FACING AN UPHILL BATTLE TO GET BACK TO FORM 👎.

😩🤔 I'm actually kinda surprised they let him go. He had some amazing stuff as a rookie and I thought for sure he'd be like, a key player on the team by now. But at the same time, you gotta remember that pro ball is super competitive and not every kid can make it. It's crazy how fast their stock can drop and then just drop off completely. 😔 His numbers aren't terrible, but sometimes I think the system just isn't made for these guys. I don't usually comment but I feel kinda bad for Maxwel Hernandez 😔. He was so hyped after that 2022 season and it's disheartening to see him struggle with his ERA. The thing is, minor league numbers aren't always a 100% indicator of success in the big leagues 🤔. Maybe he just needed more time to adjust? I remember when I was playing baseball in high school, I was so focused on crushing home runs but ended up being super inconsistent 😅. So, maybe Maxwel can take some tips from me... not that he needs advice from a 22-year-old who can barely hit the ball 🤣. Anyways, wish him all the best and hope he bounces back strong 💪!
