. Rich countries are just passing the buck and expecting others to foot the bill. It's like they think a simple "loan" or "mobilised private finance" is enough to fix the problem
. Newsflash: it's not that easy. We need concrete, tangible investments in renewable energy and green infrastructure, not just empty promises

. $1.3 trillion a year? That's cute. I'd say we're looking at more like $5-10 trillion a year if we want to have any hope of meeting our climate goals
. It's time for rich countries to put their money where their mouth is and stop playing games
