Trump's threats towards Venezuela are super concerning... I think what's really worrying here is the fact that no actual armed conflict exists between US & Venezuela . It feels like he's just trying to exert control over the region and undermine Maduro's government without actually thinking about the consequences.

The whole "narco-terrorist" label thing is also pretty shady... how can you justify labeling private organizations as combatants in an alleged "armed conflict"? And what's with the secrecy around those secret memos? If Trump wants to legitimize these actions, he should be transparent about it instead of hiding behind some dodgy bureaucratic mumbo-jumbo.

The thought of the ICC taking a closer look at this situation is definitely on my mind... if there's any hope for accountability here. We can't let politicians like Trump just get away with disregarding international law and pushing their agendas without consequences

. Deploying an aircraft carrier and military helicopters near Venezuela is just a massive show of force, and I don't buy that it's about stopping narco-terrorists... it's all about regime change

And let's not forget those deadly attacks on suspected drug-running boats - what even is that? Just a bunch of innocent people getting killed for the sake of some questionable "law enforcement" operation

. . He's basically saying he'll do whatever it takes to get rid of Maduro, but what about the people of Venezuela? They're already struggling with food shortages and medical crisis – just what they need is a US invasion
