Withdraw Hillsborough law amendment, urge Liverpool and Manchester mayors

🤔 I think the mayors are spot on in their concerns 🙏. I mean, can you imagine if this was a major incident like Hillsborough and the government just wanted to sweep it under the rug? 😱 It's not right. The current draft of the law is weak and needs some serious tweaking to ensure transparency and accountability. 💼 I'm all for families and campaigners having a say in how the law is shaped 🤝. Let's make sure we're learning from our mistakes instead of trying to hide them 🔒. And if the government can't be trusted to do that, then maybe they should reconsider withdrawing the amendment altogether 😬. We need to have an open and honest conversation about what went wrong and how to prevent it from happening again 💬.

omg u gotta feel for these mums & dads who lost loved ones in hillsborough 🤕 it's like they're saying 'hey gov we want some answers, but you wanna hide behind national security lol' anyway, if the mayors are worried about this amendment then i guess we should be too 🤔 maybe they can come up with a better version that still makes sense for national security but also keeps people honest?
